Chris has worked with and counseled
addicts for the past seven years, using his own
experience as an addict to create a special bond
with his clients. Chris is also a student of master
yogi Mark Whitwell, a direct lineage holder of Sri
T. Krishnamacharya, often referred to as, "the
teacher of our teachers." For the past three
years Chris has traveled nationwide with Mark assisting
this master in many workshops and retreats. Chris
has also grown up in his mother's "kitchen,"
an exclusive gourmet catering and take out business
in New York, where he learned many of his mother's
secrets for success by blending quality with health
conscious fare. All of these aspects have aided
Chris in carrying the message of the Marshak method
to his clients.
