Marina has more than 25 years experience
helping people from many diverse backgrounds lead
better lives. Originally from Russia, Marina’s
personal and professional interests have taken her
on a fascinating and enlightening journey through
diverse cultures. Her interests include fine art
and design, photography, nutrition; as wells as
the study of both western and eastern philosophies,
yoga, and meditation. She holds a MS in Counseling
Psychology with emphasis in Marriage Family Therapy
from California Lutheran University, and is trained
in the Marshak MethodTM. In addition to her education
in mental health and addiction treatment, Marina
is particularly interested on expanding her understanding
of integrative and holistic psychotherapy and spiritual
psychology. In recent years her work has been focused
on transforming life experience through integrative
approaches to addiction, trauma, and marriage and
family relationships. Marina believes that inspiring
motivation and hope is at the very heart of healing
