Rimma has been associated with
the Marshak Clinic Malibu founders for more than
15 years.
She was born and raised in Russia (then called the
Soviet Union) and educated at the Moscow University
of International Relations. She has experience in
business, marketing and law.
Rimma was first exposed to alcoholism,
which is prevalent in the USSR, as a co-dependent.
Today she works with Dr. Sonia Marshak, whose on-site
lab not only tests the DNA of incoming patients
but is researching the physiological processes which
occur in the brain during active addiction and post
recovery.
