Stephen is now in his 16th year
of sobriety. A former attorney for State Farm Insurance
and several private legal practices, since he has
served as chair of the six-day annual Conference
(August/September) with approximately 125 registered
voting members. In addition to running the Conference
using Robert’s Rules of Order, the Twelve
Traditions and the Twelve Concepts of World Service,
he also serves as a member of the WSC Conference
Committee throughout the year.
