Steve was born and raised in France.
He spent two years in culinary school before beginning
work at French restaurants in Paris which are ranked
with 2 or 3 stars by the prestigious Michelin guide.
In Los Angeles he was a lead cook at L’Orangerie
on Restaurant Row. He specializes in French fine
dining, French Mediterranean and Italian cuisines.
